Our Management


 

  We are confident that this program will be a success. The owner/operators have a wealth of expertise in dealing with at-risk youth, along with business savvy, which will give this program the strength that it needs to make a positive impact on the community. The owner and Chief Administrative Officer, Dawn Sykes, also owns and operates an employment agency which will almost guarantee that all participants in the Open Arms program will receive adequate job training, placement, and retention before they complete the program.

Dawn Sykes, RN is CAO of Open Arms Residential Services, LLC.  As an RN with over seventeen years in the medical field, Ms. Sykes is known as a strong proponent of job training and workforce development.   Ms. Sykes is responsible for all administrative functions of the company to include managing the organizational structure, staff recruitment, training and overall marketing strategies. 

Ms. Sykes served four years on the Board of Nursing which is an asset to the facilities regulations and procedures.  As the owner of a local Staffing Company, Ms. Sykes will ensure that all participants in her program are employable citizens within the community. Ms. Sykes is very active in the community and is a strong advocate for empowering youth for success.
